Papaya 1
American ginseng (sliced) 20g
Lean pork 300g
Dried tangerine peel 1 piece

  1. Rinse lean pork and slice. Scald in boiling water. Rinse again.
  2. Soak and rinse American ginseng. Soak dried tangerine peel until tender and scrape off the white pith.
  3. Peel the papaya and remove seed pouch. Cut into small pieces.
  4. Put all ingredients into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes in high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for one and a half hour. Add salt as seasoning.
