Radish         300g
Tomatoes       150g
Wheat flour    30g
Tomato sauce   50g
Salt           1/2 tsp
  1. Shred radish. Wash and dice tomatoes.
  2. Heat oil to 30% hot and add wheat flour. Stir it until it becomes puree, then add tomato sauce. Stir fry till oil turns red.
  3. Add some water and shredded radish. Simmer radish till soft.
  4. Add diced tomatoes towards the end and season with salt after boiling.
