Ingredients:

Kudzu          1 catty
Pork           400g
Dried squid      1 pc
Carrots          2 pc
Pitted red dates   10 pc
Ginger          2 slices
 
Method:
  1. Peel kudzu and carrots. Scald pork in boiling water.
  2. Place all ingredients in a pot and add enough water. Bring to a boil before simmering in low heat for 3 hours.
  3. Season with salt and serve.
