Lily bulb 20g
Spareribs 300g
Ginger  3 slices

  1. Rinse spareribs. Scald in boiling water. Rinse again.
  2. Remove seed pouch of pumpkin. Rinse and cut into small pieces.
  3. Rinse lily bulb.
  4. Put all ingredients into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes in high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for one and a half hour. Add salt as seasoning.
