Minced pork in tomato sauce

Ingredients:
Tomato    2 pcs
Minced pork   150g
Water    ½ cup


Steps:
1. Cut a cross at the bottom of the tomatoes and put into a bowl of hot water for 5 minutes.   Peel and dice tomatoes.
2. Marinate minced pork with a little soy sauce and sugar.
3. Stir fry minced pork with a little oil.
4. Add diced tomatoes and stir well.  Add water and bring to boil.
