Water spinach      100g
Minced pork          40g
Shaoxing wine      1tsp
Soya sauce           1 tablespoon
Salt                        1tsp
Sugar                    1 tablespoon
Garlic                     2 pc
Chili sauce            1 tablespoon
  1. Wash the water spinach and cut the stems into small pieces.
  2. Chop garlic and mix with soya sauce, salt, sugar and chili sauce. Set aside.
  3. Add oil to wok (or deep pan) and heat at medium to high level.  Stir fry pork for 2 minutes and add Shaoxing wine. Then set aside.
  4. Heat oil at medium to high level and stir fry garlic. Then add water spinach and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the cookedminced pork back to the wok and stir fry for 1 minutes. Add chili sauce. Mix well and serve.
