  1. Wash apples and slice in 1cm thick.
  2. Pit apples and get the vinegar ready.
  3. Place the sliced apples into a glass jar.
  4. Add rock sugar and vinegar to the jar.
  5. Cover the mouth of jar with cling wrap down to the neck and seal it tight with the cap.
  6. Store in a dark and cool place for 3 months.
  7. Open the seal and remove the sliced apples with tongs. Put in a ziploc bag and store in the fridge.
  8. Drain apple cider through a fine cheesecloth. Return it to a sterilized jar and seal again.
  9. Remember to dilute cider at 1: 8-10 before serving.
