Tofu pudding

Soya bean milk   1 Litre
Gypsum powder   1 tsp
Corn starch    1 tsp
Water     50ml

1. Heat soya bean milk in medium-low heat.
2. Put gypsum powder, corn starch and water in a large bowl.  Mix well.
3. Pour in the boiled soya bean milk.  Stir well. 
4. Remove bubbles with a spoon.
5. Set aside for 30 to 45 minutes until set.
