Minced fish 600g
Long string beans 80g
Red curry paste 2 Tablespoon
Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
Egg white  1
Oyster sauce  1 teaspoon
Oil for frying  

  1. Chop long string beans.
  2. Mix minced fish with red curry paste, fish sauce, egg white and oyster sauce. Add beans and knead until smooth and elastic.
  3. Take appropriate amount of mixture to form patties.
  4. Heat oil. Pan fry the patties in batches until golden brown. About 2-3 minutes.
