Thin slices of pork 8
Asparagus 8 stalks
Carrot half
Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon

Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Sugar little
Water 1 Tablespoon

  1. Remove lower part of asparagus. Split each stalk and cut into sections.
  2. Peel and shred carrot.
  3. Heat small quantity of water. Add carrot and cook for 1 minute. Add asparagus and cook for half minute. Take carrot and asparagus out and drain.
  4. Heat oil and fry garlic. Take garlic out from oil and allow to drain.
  5. Rinse thin slices of pork and wipe them dry. Place asparagus, shredded carrot and fried garlic on pork and roll.
  6. Fry pork roll in oil used to fry garlic until cooked.
  7. Heat seasoning and pour onto pork roll.
