Minced pork 80g
Taro 2

Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Sugar ½ teaspoon
Corn starch ½ teaspoon
Water 1 Tablespoon
Pepper a pinch

  1. Peel taro. Rinse and cut into small pieces.
  2. Lightly chop minced pork and add a tiny pinch of salt and 1 Tablespoon of water to marinate for a while. Stir in one direction to make pork soft and fluffy. Add seasoning and mix well.
  3. Put taro into a plate. Put on top seasoned minced pork.
  4. Steam with high heat for 20 minutes.
