Bitter gourd 2
Spareribs 300g
Water 1 cup
Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
Fermented black beans 1 teaspoon

  1. Rinse spareribs. Mix well with light soy sauce, starch and sugar.
  2. Remove seed pouch of bitter gourd. Rinse and cut into small pieces.
  3. Heat oil and stir fry garlic and fermented black beans. Add spareribs and stir fry until medium.
  4. Add bitter gourd and water and cook until boiling. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
