Celery 3 stalks
Chicken fillet 2 thick pieces
Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
Olive oil, salt, pepper  

  1. Rinse and cut chicken fillet into slices. Season with salt and black peppercorn, and marinate with olive oil.
  2. Remove veins from celery stalks. Rinse and cut into small sections. Par-boil in water for 1 minute and drain.
  3. Heat oil and stir fry garlic. Add chicken fillet and stir fry until almost cooked.
  4. Add celery. Add salt or soya and sugar to season before serving.
    1. (Note: If the dish is shared with younger people, may add red chili shreds (seeds removed) while frying garlic, and stir in pine nuts and chopped green onion before serving.)
