Ingredients:

Long beans    one bunch, cut
Carrot        1 piece
Spiced dried bean curd    1 piece
Garlic           1 clove
Salt            as needed
 
Method:
  1. Heat oil and stir fry garlic.
  2. Stir fry long beans with garlic until the colour changes.
  3. Cover and cook for 5 – 6 minutes over medium level and stir it sometimes to make sure it is cooked evenly.
  4. Turn off heat when liquid reduces. Cover for 2-3 minutes again and then serve.
