Ingredients:
 
Pork belly
Kudzu
Brown sugar
Star anise
Bay leaf
Fermented bean curd
Soya sauce
Dark soya sauce
Salt
 
Method:
  1. Scald pork belly and cut into chunks.
  2. Peel and cut kudzus into chunks
  3. Add brown sugar, anise stars, bay leaves, fermented bean curds, soya sauce, dark soya sauce and salt into a pot
  4. Add water into pot and also pork and kudzu. Allow water to cover all mixture and bring to boil. Stew over low heat until meat is soft.
  5. When pot gets aromatic, it is ready.
