Pears      3 pieces
Fuji apple   1 pieces
Red wine    1/2 bottle
Rock sugar   3 spoon
Lemon skin   a whole lemon
Cinnamon    1 piece
Brandy       1 teaspoon
Ice cream or cream  as you like
  1. Peel and pit the pears;keep the stalks. Zest a lemon for later use. Do remove the white part.
  2. add 1/2 bottle of red wine, rock sugar, lemon skin, cinnamon to a pan. Bring them to a boil.
  3. Add pears and apple. Boil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Cover and reduce to low heat. Stew for 40 minutes.
  5. Remove pears from the pan. Pour red wine over pears until fully covered.
  6. Finish with brandy, ice-cream and cream.
