Angled luffa 1
Vermicelli 1 small pack
Dried shrimps 20g
Ginger shreds 1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon

Light soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil ½ teaspoon
Water 1 Tablespoon

  1. Peel hard skin of angled luffa. Rinse and cut into small pieces.
  2. Soak dried shrimps. Rinse and drain.
  3. Soak vermicelli until soft. Rinse and cut into sections. Drain.
  4. Put angled luffa in a plate. Put on top vermicelli, dried shrimps, ginger and garlic. Add seasoning and steam for 10 minutes.
