Ingredients:
Broccoli 1
Scallops 6
Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
Ginger shreds 1 teaspoon
Red chili threads 1 Tablespoon (optional)

Seasoning:
Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon (change to soy sauce if red chili is used)
Water 1 Tablespoon

Steps:
  1. Rinse and cut broccoli into small pieces. Scald in boiling water.
  2. Rinse and wipe scallops. Marinate with a tiny pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil and stir fry garlic and ginger. Fry scallop slightly. Add broccoli, red chili (optional) and seasoning. Stir fry and serve.
