Ingredients:
Taro 2
Chicken leg 1
Water 2 cups
Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
Dried shallot 4 small bulbs
Ginger 1 slice
Spring onion 1 Tablespoon to garnish

Seasoning
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon

Steps:
  1. Remove skin of chicken leg. Rinse and cut into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Peel taro. Rinse and cut into small pieces.
  3. Heat oil and stir fry garlic, ginger and shallots. Add chicken meat and taro.
  4. Add seasoning and water and cook until boiling. Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add chopped spring onion to serve.
