Yellow cucumber 1
Small red beans 40g
Lentil 20g
Pork shank 300g

Dried tangerine peel 1 piece
Ginger 1 slice 

  1. Rinse pork shank and cut into small pieces. Scald in boiling water. Rinse again.
  2. Soak and rinse small red beans and lentil.
  3. Remove seed of yellow cucumber. Rinse and cut into small pieces.
  4. Rinse and cut fig. Soak dried tangerine peel until tender and scrape off the white pith.
  5. Put all ingredients into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes in high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for one and a half hour. Add salt as seasoning.
