Big fish tail 1
Papaya 1
White fungus 1 ball
Ginger 2 slices

  1. Peel and remove seeds of papaya. Rinse and cut into small pieces.
  2. Soak white fungus and remove base. Tear into big pieces.
  3. Rinse big fish tail. Wipe dry and marinate with some salt.
  4. Heat oil and stir fry ginger slices until fragrant. Add big fish tail and pan fry. Add water and boil.
  5. Put papaya, white fungus into boiling soup and simmer for two hour. Add salt as seasoning.
