Dried pak-choy 80g
Pak Choy 300g
Sweet and bitter almond 20g
Dried mushroom 6 pieces
Chicken feet (or tips of chicken wings) 6-8 pieces
Lean pork 80g
Candied dates 4 pieces
Ginger 1 slice

  1. Soak dried mushrooms the day before and remove stalk.
  2. Soak dried pak-choy well and wash thoroughly. Rinse Pak Choy and cut into halves.
  3. Boil chicken feet (or tips of chicken wings) and pork beforehand.
  4. Rinse sweet and bitter almond and dates.
  5. Put all ingredients into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes in high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for one hour. Add salt to taste.
