Chinese yam 20g
Lean pork 300g

  1. Rinse lean pork and slice. Scald in boiling water. Rinse again.
  2. Soak dried mushroom until tender and cut away the stalks. Rinse and cut into small pieces.
  3. Rinse Chinese yam.
  4. Put all ingredients into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes in high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for one and a half hour. Add salt as seasoning.
