Hasma       1 handful
Silver fungus  1 pc
Dragon fruit   1 pc
Honey        as appropriate
Ginger        2 slice
  1. Soak the hasma and silver fungus separately.
  2. Tear the silver fungus into little pieces. Pour water into rice cooker. Press the button for porridge cooking.
  3. Wash the soaked hasma and boil in water with some sliced ginger for 2 – 3 minutes
  4. Take out the hasma and drain. Remove ginger.
  5. Add the hasma when the silver fungus has been cooked for 2/3 of the cooking time. Pour into a bowl.    
  6. Use small scooper to scoop balls of dragon fruit. Add into the cool hasma and silver soup.
  7. Add honey as you like and mix well.
