Anchovy    100g
Spinach     1 bunch
Ginger      3 slices
Thousand year egg  1 pc
Salt          1
  1. Cut spinach into sections; wash Anchovy; slice the ginger and dice the thousand-year egg in cubes after steaming. Set these ingredients aside.
  2. Add oil to a wok and heat with high flame. Stir fry the sliced gingers until fragrant comes out, then add spinach to stir fry.
  3. Add a cup of boiling water and add anchovy and boil for a while.
  4. Sprinkle diced thousand-year eggs and serve.
