Onion ½
Celery 2 stalks
Tomato 2
Button mushroom 4 pieces
Radish 1
Potato 1
Bay leaf 1 piece
Rice noodles (optional) 2 pieces

  1. Rinse onion, tomato (peeled), radish and potato. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Remove veins from celery. Rinse and cut into small sections.
  3. Cut button mushrooms into slices.
  4. Put Onion, radish, celery, potato and bay leaf into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes in high heat.
  5. Add mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes. Add salt as seasoning.
  6. If rice noodles are to be served, cook noodles separately. Drain and run with cold water. Put noodles at the bottom of a big bowl (for each person) and pour over it with soup and vegetables.
