Ingredients:

Green olive    15pc
Pear          2pc
Lean pork      500g
 
Method:
  1. Smash and pit the olives
  2. Cut pears into 8 pieces and remove the seeds.
  3. Cut the lean pork into pieces.
  4. Scald the pork in boiling water for 2 minutes. Take out and drain.
  5. Add all the ingredients and ginger into a pot of boiling water. Cook over high heat for 20 minutes.
  6. Turn to low heat and cook for 90 minutes until pork becomes soft.
