Lotus seed 20g
White gourd 300g
Lean pork 300g
Ginger 2 slices
(If straw mushrooms are available, add 6-8 pieces pre-boiled in salted water.)

  1. Rinse lean pork and slice.
  2. Soak and rinse lotus seed.
  3. Remove seed pouch of the white gourd and cut into small pieces.
  4. Put all ingredients into boiling water and cook for 20 minutes in high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Add salt as seasoning.
