Eggs: 2
Water (or cooled down chicken soup/broth) :
Appropriate amount
(Ratio of beaten egg to water is 1:1)
Diced spring onion :   Appropriate amount
Soy sauce :    A little

1. Mix beaten eggs with water or chicken soup/broth.
2. Remove bubbles with a spoon or a sieve.
3. Cover with wrap or aluminium foil. 
4. Steam for 10 minutes in medium heat.
5. Add a little soy sauce.
6. Add spring onion and serve.

(Water/chicken soup/broth can be replaced by unsweetened soya bean milk.  No need to add soy sauce and spring onion.)
