Eggs      2
Tofu      1 pc
Chicken broth    200ml
Zucchini      ¼ pc

  1. Dice tofu and put aside for 5 minutes.  Pour away excess water.  Place in a plate.
  2. Dice zucchini into tiny pieces and put on top of tofu.
  3. Mix beaten eggs with chicken broth.
  4. Remove bubbles with a sieve and pour over tofu.
  5. Steam for 10 minutes in medium heat.
