Chicken breast/lean pork/beef  150g

1. Peel potato and carrot.  Rinse and cut into pieces.
2. Rinse chicken breast/lean pork/beef and slice.
3. Put all ingredients into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes in high heat.  Reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.  Add salt as seasoning.
4. Remove potato and carrot from soup.  Mash with a fork.
5. Add a little soup and mix well.  Use spoon to shape mashed potato and carrot balls.

(You can also sprinkle grated cheese over balls and put into preheated oven.  Bake at 200℃ for about 8 minutes until golden.)
