Pineapple   1/2 piece
Chicken meat   180g
Carrots         180g
Bok choys       180g
Sesame seeds    50g
Shredded chili   few pieces
Shredded ginger  few pieces
Scallion stalks     few pieces
Sweet and sour pickled vegetables
Ginger juice      as appropriate
Salt             as appropriate
Sugar           as appropriate
Peanut butter     as appropriate
Fish sauce or oyster oil   1 tablespoon
  1. Cut pineapple into half. Take out the flesh of pineapple and shred. Keep the pineapple shell.
  2. Shred the chicken meat. Marinate with ginger juice, salt and sugar for 10 minutes. Roast the white sesame.
  3. Stir fry the shredded pineapples, chicken meat, sweet and sour pickled vegetables and ginger shreds. Season with salt and peanuts butter.
  4. Place the mixture in the pineapple shell. Sprinkle white sesame. Garnish with shredded chili. Done.
